L'action de SMILE pour ce projet
The collective self-consumption operation at the Pont-er-Morh business park in Pontivy (Morbihan sdépartement) has three development phases. The first phase consists of the production of electricity from photovoltaic panels for the childcare facilities: 54% of the production will be self-consumed by the building and the surplus will be sold to two neighbouring business (Biocoop and Fromages de nos terroirs). The second phase involves solar parking canopies for the aquatic centre Spadium to produce renewable electricity for direct consumption (by Spadium). The third and last phase includes a solar parking canopy for the postal service’s mail sorting office to cover the needs of La Poste’s electric vehicle fleet.
Added value of the project :
- Energy-related: experimentation of a collective self-consumption project for scale-up
- Environmental: reduction of CO2 emissions to cover the electricity needs of the buildings in the business park
- Citizen outreach: raising awareness on environmental issues involving renewable energy production for the populations that frequent these facilities and businesses
- Economic: reduction of energy costs for the participating facilities and businesses
