Project description
The Pontivy collaborative self-consumption operation will involve two production sites.
The first will be situated at the early childhood services site, in the Pont er Morh activity zone. This building will be equipped with a 38 kWc PV plant on its rooftop.
The second production plant will be built on the Jégourel carpark as part of the site’s overall restructuring. The solar parking canopies will cover 77 parking spaces for a capacity of 190 kWc.
These two installations will power two businesses in the Pont er Morh business zone: Fromages de Nos Terroirs and the Biocoop. On the Jégourel site, the Pontivy community headquarters, the Municipal technical services building, and the future Eaux Vives water park will also be supplied.
Added value of the project:
This collaborative self-consumption project is one of SMILE’s first in Brittany and in France. Its advantage is that it involves public and private stakeholders with different profiles
